of Springfield, Missouri.  The 625,000 sq. ft. retail/office
development on 130 acres will feature retail stores, a

14-screen multiplex movie theater and a outdoor amphitheater 
that will be interwoven with luxury lofts and surrounded
by new single-family housing and apartment units.
